TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using Scryyn ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Lynkstr Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, with its registered office at Desk ID: HD-151, WeWork Prestige Central, 36, Infantry Road, Bangalore, Karnataka 560001, India.

Scryyn is a hiring intelligence platform that provides:

• AI-powered CV screening and fitment scoring
• Async video interview tools for candidates
• Panelist review and scoring workflows
• Candidate pipeline management for employers and staffing agencies

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

We use OTP-based authentication. You are responsible for ensuring the email address registered with your account is secure and accessible only to you.

If you use the Platform to post jobs and screen candidates, you agree to:

• Use the Platform only for legitimate hiring purposes
• Not post roles that are fraudulent, misleading, or do not exist
• Not use AI screening scores as the sole basis for rejection without human review
• Comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws in your jurisdiction
• Not use candidate data obtained through the Platform for any purpose other than the hiring process for which it was collected
• Ensure candidates are informed that AI screening is used in your process

If you use the Platform as a job applicant, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and CV
• Not impersonate any other person or misrepresent your qualifications
• Record video responses yourself — proxy recordings are not permitted and may result in disqualification
• Not attempt to game or manipulate AI scoring systems

All Platform software, design, and content (excluding user-uploaded content) is owned by Lynkstr Private Limited. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform.

You retain ownership of content you upload (CVs, job descriptions, video responses). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and display that content solely for the purposes of operating the Platform.

Fitment scores, interview questions, and AI summaries generated by the Platform are tools to assist human decision-making — they are not binding assessments or guarantees of candidate suitability. Hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of the employer.

AI outputs may contain errors. We make no warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Paid plans are billed monthly on an anniversary basis (same day of month as first payment). All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Refunds are not provided for partial months. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment after 7 days' notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lynkstr Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
