Scryyn is a product of Lynkstr Private Limited ("Lynkstr", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Desk ID: HD-151, WeWork Prestige Central, 36, Infantry Road, Bangalore, Karnataka 560001, India.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you use Scryyn ("the Platform"), whether as an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or job candidate.

For employers and recruiters:

• Name, work email address, job title
• Organisation name, registered domain, billing details
• Job descriptions, screening checklists, and hiring preferences you create on the Platform
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps
• Session data: IP address, browser type, device information

For candidates:

• Name, email address, phone number (if provided)
• CV / résumé and any documents you upload
• Current role, employer, years of experience, location, expected CTC
• Video interview responses you record on the Platform
• AI-generated fitment scores and assessments derived from your application

We use personal data only for the purposes it was collected:

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Platform
• To match candidates to job descriptions and generate AI fitment scores
• To generate personalised interview questions for video assessments
• To enable employers and panelists to review and make hiring decisions
• To send transactional communications (OTP, interview invites, status updates)
• To process billing and subscription management
• To comply with legal obligations under Indian law

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use candidate data to train AI models without explicit consent.

We retain personal data for the following periods, after which it is permanently deleted:

• CVs and candidate profiles: 2 years from last activity on the Platform
• Video interview responses: 1 year from the date of recording
• Application and scoring data: 3 years from the date of application
• Session and authentication data: 90 days from last login
• Billing records: 7 years (statutory requirement under Indian accounting law)

Candidates may request deletion of their data at any time by writing to us at prasanna@lynkstr.com. We will action verified deletion requests within 30 days.

We share personal data only in the following circumstances:

• With the employer or agency whose job you applied for — your CV, profile, and AI score are shared with that organisation only
• With our infrastructure providers (database hosting, file storage, email delivery) under data processing agreements that prohibit further sharing
• With Anthropic (our AI provider) for the sole purpose of generating fitment scores and interview questions — Anthropic does not retain this data
• With law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA) and applicable Indian law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations)
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Nominate a representative to exercise these rights on your behalf
