Practice before you need to. A completed mock — or better, a full Interview Sprint against the exact role and interview date you're preparing for — makes you noticeably more confident on the real thing, whether that's a recruiter's Video Q&A or an actual interview panel. Record somewhere quiet and well-lit, look into the camera, and keep each answer tight (60–90 seconds).
